RP is an organization that uses a bottom-up approach and actively seeks to receive and incorporate the advice and input from all RP team members where ever they are. We are not about exclusive ownership, but about creating partnerships, leveraging resources and forwarding our collective vision and mission through collaboration with our ever-expanding circle of the RP Team.
